The best food is local food. Below is a list of some of the Goat’s favorite farms that we use both in our daily restaurant menu as well as for helping us pull off large farm to fork special menu’s for events. 

Chi’s Farm

Sequim  |  Washington

CHI’S FARM grows fantastic, delicious, organic vegetables for the local community around Sequim, WA, including Port Angeles and other areas of the Olympic Peninsula.  Well known for their salad mix, they also grow a variety of vegetables. Using season extending greenhouses, and smart crop choices, they use organic methods and materials in crop production so food is healthy, nutritious, and safe for you and your family.

Hope Rising Microgreens

Port Angeles  |  Washington

Hope Rising Microgreens is a service disabled, veteran-owned small business with a passion to provide fresh microgreens from their farm to your table. From their farm west of Port Angeles, Denise grows year-round in a climate-controlled environment, using organic seeds, soil and cleaning supplies and 100% compostable packaging. 

Hopscotch Farm + Cannery

Port Townsend   |  Washington

Weaving together agricultural traditions, the craft of canning, and a sense of place in order to celebrate the abundance of the Olympic Peninsula, they bring an assortment of seasonal produce, plus pickles, relish, jam, and seasoning salt to the Olympic Peninsula. 

Maddie’s Mushrooms

Gourmet mushroom farm that brings an amazing variety of mushrooms to local farmers markets and restaurants. 

Pane d’ Amore

Port Townsend  |  Washington

A local staple for fresh baked breads and more. Established in 2003 with multiple locations across the Olympic Peninsula, they are known for their artisan loads, sweet breads and muffins, and much more. 

Olympic Bluffs Cidery & Lavender Farm

Sequim  |  Washington

With the goal of creating great cider and the desire to bring the community together, Scott and Ginger decided to start a hard cidery and lavender farm. They have planted an orchard of 500 Semi-dwarf cider apple trees, 3,500 lavender plants, an apiary and an acre of ancient grains (wheat and rye) on their 16-Acre Farm.
